Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order on iTekkie.com?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Instant EFT, and in near future popular “Buy Now, Pay Later” options such as Payflex or PayJustNow.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our payment gateway uses secure encryption technology to protect your information. iTekkie will never store or share your card details.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team immediately. Once shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
Shipping & Delivery
5. How long does delivery take?
Normal orders with stock on hand are typically delivered within 2–5 business days nationwide. Rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
The 2025 pre-order run for the iTekkie Apex has an estimated fulfilment timeline of first weeks of December 2025. This timeline does not account for potential delays with cargo shipping and customs clearance.
6. How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over R1000. Standard shipping fees apply for orders below this amount.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. Stay tuned — international delivery options are coming soon!
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link and courier details.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
10. How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact our customer care team to request a return. We’ll provide return instructions and assist with arranging collection.
11. Can I return sale or promotional items?
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
12. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Sizing & Fit
13. How do I know which size to order?
Refer to our Size Guide for accurate measurements. We include SA/UK and EU sizes and last length (mm) to help you find your perfect fit.
14. What if I’m between sizes?
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
15. Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, as long as your shoes are unworn and returned within 7 days.
Product Care & Warranty
16. How do I clean my iTekkie sneakers?
Use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or soaking. Always air-dry your sneakers away from direct sunlight.
17. Do iTekkie sneakers come with a warranty?
Yes. All iTekkie products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, accounting for non-heavy, normal use.
18. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Contact our support team immediately with your order number and clear photos of the defect — we’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.
Click & Collect (if applicable)
19. Can I collect my order from a store?
Yes. If you prefer, you can select “Click & Collect” at checkout and pick up your order from a participating iTekkie store.
20. How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup.
