Shipping policy
We use reputable South African courier companies to get your orders delivered to your doorstep or nearest collection point timeously.
We offer FREE shipping/delivery for orders over the value of R1000.00 and deliver within 3 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday) anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because of outlying and regional areas.
Our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either via email or SMS.
Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address.
If you haven’t received your order after 7 business days, please get in touch with us on info@itekkie.com - use your order number as the subject of your email.
We use the following courier companies through our technology partner Bobgo:
- The Courier Guy
- Skynet Courier
- Fast and Furious
- Aramex
- PAXI (Using the Pep Stores delivery)
International Orders :
• Shipping Carrier: Our international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
• Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days from the date of shipping, depending on customs clearance.
• Customs: Custom duties and taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Pre-Orders :
The 2025 pre-order run for the iTekkie Apex has an estimated fulfilment timeline of first weeks of December 2025. This timeline does not account for potential delays with cargo shipping and customs clearance.
1. Stock will undergo a quality assurance process upon arrival at our facility.
2. Orders will be immediately dispatched to customers after QA.
3. Post-dispatch delivery via our courier partners typically takes 3–5 business days anywhere in South Africa. Regional areas may occasionally take slightly longer.
Future Pre-Orders: The specific pre-order timelines will be communicated individually for each new product pre-order run.
Tracking information
You will receive tracking information through an email or SMS notification which will include your order's tracking number and tracking URL of the courier service responsible for handling your order.
