Refund policy

To qualify for a refund, customers may express an interest in returning ordered products within 7 days of delivery.

Products must meet the below conditions to be eligible for a refund: 

  • The item(s) must be in original condition 

  • The item(s) must be unworn 

  • The item(s) must be unwashed 

  • The item(s) must contain no damage 


Free gifts, sale and/or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund. 

To return an item, a R150 courier fee applies and may be deducted from your refund due, please contact our Customer Services for further details via email at info@itekkie.com.

Once sent, please be sure to send us the courier tracking number so that we know to expect the parcel.

Once your item(s) has(have) been received and approved for refund, refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days to be processed to the original payment method selected at checkout.
Please allow up to 36 hours for the funds to reflect in your respective account once processed.

Returns and Exchange


In order to qualify for a return, customers may express an interest to return ordered products within 7 days of delivery.

Products must meet the below conditions in order to be eligible for return and exchange:

The item(s) must be in original condition
The item(s) must be unworn
The item(s) must be unwashed
The item(s) must contain no damage
 

Sale/Gifts and Promotional Items

Gift card purchases, free gifts, sale, promotional  and/or combo deal items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return of free gifts, sale and/or promotional items may only be granted if delivered items are damaged or defective.

How do I return my item?

To return an item, please email info@itekkie.com to get in touch with our customer services team within 7 days from delivery.

Once your item(s) has(have) been received and approved for exchange, please allow at least 7 to 10 working days for the delivery of your exchanged pair to take place.

A R150 return shipping fee may be applicable before your exchanged order is dispatched back.

 

Damaged/Incorrect or Faulty Orders


If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will book a collection for an assessment to resume.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return.
"Defective" products will be assessed upon receipt, upon conclusion of which, the outcome will be expressed to the customer for an exchange, refund or return to proceed.

ITekkie reserves the right to refuse returns if returned items show misuse or excessive wear and tear beyond reasonable use.
