How long will it take to receive my Pre-order?
The 2025 pre-order run for the iTekkie Apex has an estimated fulfilment timeline of first weeks of December 2025.
How can I track my Pre-order?
Once all shoes have arrived in our warehouse in South Africa we will prepare them for shipping. A tracking link and update will be sent to the email address captured at checkout.
Updates will be sent as your order progresses through collection from our fulfilment centre until confirmed delivered at your provided address.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may not be canceled once shipped.
For assistance with canceling your order before it is shipped, please contact our Customer Services on info@itekkie.com for assistance.
Kindly note, refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days to be processed, please allow up to 36 hours for the funds to reflect in your account once processed.
There is a defect on my shoes, can I return them?
If something is not quite right with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery for our team to assist in rectifying your order.
